However, and luckily for us, they often captured the daily life of Philadelphia citizens. For the purpose of this blog entry and in honor of us being in the midst of the dog days of summer, we&#8217;ll focus on the furry, four-legged citizens. Here are a few times that dogs have gotten in the way of city officials.
